A person who
purchases Symmetry products who has not joined as a Preferred
Customer.
Suggested
Retail
The
amount at which Symmetry recommends you resell the products to the customers who
do not wish to commit to the minimum 30 Personal AutoShip Points per month. This
price represents a 30% + mark up profit to a Business
Partner.
Preferred
Customer (P.C.)
Preferred Customers are the purchasers of Symmetry products who
have made a commitment to generate or produce a minimum of 30 Personal AutoShip Points
per month and paid a membership
fee. For making this commitment,
they are able to purchase all Symmetry products at the Preferred Customer cost, are part of
their enrollers organization, and are eligible for other benefits.
Business
Partner (B.P.)
A
Marketing Representative or above who has made the decision to develop Retail
Customers and a network of Preferred
Customer and Business
Partner and has purchased either one of the
Business Packs or a Marketing
Representative literature kit as well as having
committed to generating or producing a minimum of 30 Personal AutoShip Points per month.
First
Level
A Preferred
Customer/Business
Partner who is placed directly below you,
whether or not you personally enrolled them.
Points
The value of each product as it
relates to the Symmetry compensation plan and its qualifications.
Commission
Value (CV)
This is the amount on each product which
commissions, rebates and bonuses are calculated.
Organizational
Volume
The volume created by Preferred
Customer/Business
Partner beginning
their second month. Each Preferred Customer/Business
Partner may contribute up to a maximum of
400 points
per month toward your Organizational Volume.
Personally
Enrolled Leg
Each Preferred
Customer/Business
Partner enrolled by you creates a
personally enrolled leg. This is the linkage created exclusively by your
personal enrollees and their personal enrollees.
Active
You are
considered "active" if you are meeting all of the requirements for any
level.
Teams
A Business
Partner who has two Preferred
Customer/Business Partner on
their first level and four Preferred Customer/Business Partner on their second level for a total of 7
people.
Inception
Teams
A new Business
Partners first two teams.
These teams are developed simultaneously as per the diagram.
Active
Enrollees
Your personal enrollees who are generating
or producing a minimum of 30 Personal AutoShip Points
per month. Preferred
Customer are
considered inactive during any month that this requirement is not fulfilled. A
Preferred Customer/Business
Partner is taken out of the organization after two consecutive months of
inactivity.
Standing
Order Program
A Standing Order Program is a way of
fulfilling your commitment to generate or produce a minimum of 30 Personal
AutoShip Points
per month. There are two types, AutoShip and Back Up Order.
AutoShip
To
participate in our compensation plan, you must commit to generating or
producing a minimum of 30 Personal AutoShip Points
from Symmetry each month.
Simply complete the Preferred Customer Application or Marketing Representative
Agreement (depending on the level
at which you wish to join) and provide your credit card or debit card
information. Then let us know the products you wish to receive each month and
we do the rest. We will ship your products to you each month at the same time.
Back
Up Order
To maintain minimal inventories necessary
for demonstration purposes, retail sales and personal use, we have created a
Back Up Order system. You simply choose the products you want and we will keep
your order on file. If, by the 25th of the month, Symmetry finds that for any
reason you have not placed your monthly order, we will automatically process
and ship this order to you. To take advantage of this plan, you must have your
credit or debit card on file with us.
Business
Packs
When you sign up as a Business
Partner, you will have an opportunity to order one of two
introductory product packs, or "Business Packs". There are
two types, the Basic Pack and the Success Pack. These Business Packs enable
you to learn about the great business
opportunity of Symmetry Direct quickly by giving you a broader knowledge of
the products and some useful tools to make your business a success.
They are priced at special introductory prices and include our most popular
products. What's in each of the Business

Membership
Fee
When you join Symmetry you pay
a renewable annual membership fee of $10.00.
This maintains all records and linkage required to administer compensation
plan. You buy products at Preferred
Customer Cost and receive
updates as long as you remain an active enrolled customer with an AutoShip
Order or Back
Up Order.
Literature
Kit
When you sign up as a Business
Partner, you can select a Literature
Kit. The Symmetry Direct Literature kit includes an assortment of literature,
some business forms, brochures, catalogues and your membership
fee. You will also receive our
Vision magazine and occasional mailings that keep you up- to-date on
newsworthy items. It costs only $29.00 and includes your $10.00 annual
membership fee to enroll as a Business Partner. However, should you buy a Business
Pack to start your business this kit
and all of its benefits is included at no charge.
