| Question: |
Why can I not use the Preferred Customer Center? |
| Answer: |
The Preferred Customer Center uses 'cookies' to create a Web browser session
with your own computer. You must have cookies enabled in your browser. The
entire Web site has been tested using the latest 2 versions of the most popular Web
browsers, but older or less popular browsers may behave differently. The solution is to upgrade to the latest version of your favorite Web
browser. FYI, we use and run Microsoft software in-house so the Web site
is exhaustively tested using all versions of Internet Explorer. ^

| Question: |
Why does it take a long time before my computer shows Web Pages? |
| Answer: |
Symmetry Direct has a lot of Preferred Customers. At certain times, such as month end,
when everyone is checking volume and placing orders, there will be a certain amount of
delay. Delays are also created when the Internet itself is busy. Your own Internet
Service Provider (ISP) can also dramatically affect the speed of your connection - it is
usually better to choose a 'name' ISP who will be connected directly to the Internet
backbone and less likely to oversubscribe their bandwidth. ^

| Question: |
Why do I sometimes get a message that the Data Server is unavailable? |
| Answer: |
In order to protect the data, certain maintenance functions
may be carried on certain days - this will cause the Preferred
Customer Center to become temporarily
unavailable. Solution: wait for an hour or so, and try again. ^

| Question: |
What if I don't have an email address? |
| Answer: |
Get one! Symmetry Direct will increasingly start to use email to communicate
information to our distributors. Email is as important to modern business as the
telephone! ^
|
| Question: |
Why does my browser session keep timing out? |
| Answer: |
For a number of reasons, including security, the session set up between
Symmetry's computers and your own is timed. If you are idle for 40 minutes or more,
the session may time out. The easiest thing to do is to close the browser and start
again. ^

| Question: |
What are Points? |
| Answer: |
Symmetry Direct is an International company with offices in many countries
worldwide. Points are an 'international currency' which Symmetry Direct has created to allow
comparison between the amounts purchased by Preferred Customers in different
countries. Without points, we would have the problems with fluctuating exchange rates etc.
Each product is assigned a points value. The total points value of an order is the sum of the
points of the
products in that order. Sales items or literature have zero points. ^

| Question: |
What is Comm Value? |
| Answer: |

Comm Value paid to individual Preferred Customers is dependant on
their qualified title and is detailed in the Compensation Plan. ^

| Question: |
What is the difference between an
AutoShip And an IPP? |
| Answer: |
- An AutoShip is simply an Automatic Shipment sent to you once per
month.
- An IPP (Income Protection Plan) is a variation of the
AutoShip.
The IPP is only sent if your total personal order volume for the
month (in points) is less than the order volume of your IPP on
file. You can control whether an IPP is sent or not by
placing orders during the month. (Note that Retail Customer Volumes are
not considered as your personal volume for IPP purposes). It is called an Income Protection Plan because it will
allow you to always maintain a minimum volume that qualifies you
for commissions. You should set your IPP volume to the level of
earnings you wish to achieve - it should always be 100 or more
points.^

| Question: |
What is a Placement? |
| Answer: |
- There are 2 pieces of information attached to every Preferred
Customer or Business Partner.
- An Enroller
- A Placement.
- Consider a new start enrolled by you - then you are
the enroller. However, this new start can be placed anywhere in
your organization following the 2 by 3 rules, the only criterion being that there must be a
preferred customer or business partner above them - this person customer becomes
your new start's placement.
- The 2 by 3 rules were
developed to keep your
personal enrollees in the first 3 levels of your organization -
these are your 10% organizational commission earning levels.
Levels 4 - 7 are 8% earning levels. You will earn more
monthly commissions with the new rules!
- Why would I place a new start? You don't have
to - the weekly end commission process will allocate a placement for
your new start automatically. However, in the process of building
your business you may want to give some of your new starts some
incentives - you can do this by placing other new enrollees
beneath them and giving this new start an organization and hence
an organizational bonus check. If you choose to place one of your
enrollees like this, they will be placed below the person you
specify using the 2 by 3 rules.
- New starts who have not yet been placed are termed Placement
Orphans - Placement Orphans are automatically allocated a
Placement in your organization by the end of the month if you
choose not to place them yourself.
- You can only place your own personal enrollees during their
first calendar month - if a new start enrolls on the 23rd of
the month, then you have till the end of that month to place them. ^
