| The top position is a Director. As a Director you earn a 40% profit on
personal sales. You also earn a 10% profit on your Managers and 20% on first level
Consultants, 15% on 2nd level and 10% on 3rd level and beyond. |

Director The optimal level is Director. To become a Director, you must be a Manager and generate 2000 WV in one month. Or, if your serious about being at the top, you can earn the title of Fast Track Director by generating 4000 WV in just one month. As Director, you can actually have over 20 different income sources at Symmetry. The following is an example of a typical first month's sales volume as a Director. (1.) Retail Profits- This is income you earn by selling to others. If you sell an average of 5 Intro Packs a week, only 20 per month, you'd earn $960 in retail profit in just one month. (2.) Wholesale Profits- This is income you earn weekly on the sales of those Consultants and Managers who you sponsor. If you consider those 20 people that you sold IntroPacks to in the first month, on average about 1 out of 5 of your sponsored Consultants will become a Manager. If this holds true, now you will be earning from 4 sponsored Managers as well. For each Manager you sponsor, you earn $400. Now your sales are up to $1600 for the month. |

| Plus, an average of 1 out of 20 of your
sponsored Consultant will become a Fast Track Director like you. In turn, you would
earn $800 for sponsoring 1 Fast Track Director as well. For a total of $2400
a month in Wholesale Profits alone. That is a total of $3360 for the month in weekly checks from Wholesale and Retail profits combined. Now you add all the various bonuses that go along with high sales volume. (3.) Monthly Volume Bonus - In this example, you have generated a total Bonus Volume of 8600 or 20% Monthly Volume Bonus of $1720. That's $5080 for the month or $60,000 per year. And as you develop these other Directors, you earn even more. (4.) Royalty Bonuses on their sales of 5% on 5 levels. (5.) Infinity Bonuses and more. These could add thousands to your income. Your 5% can go up to 8% 5 levels and you can earn 3% Infinity down to the next Infinity Bonus earner. |
