| There are three levels of growth in Symmetry's unique cellular marketing
concept Consultant, Manager and Director. Here's how you can attain those levels
and what it means for you. |
|
Consultant The first level is the Consultant. As a Consultant you earn 20% profit on your personal sales and a 20% discount on your personally-used products. If you sponsor another Consultant, you receive a 5% profit on their sales and usage, and 5% profit on 2nd level Consultant sales and product usage. To become a Consultant, you simply become a customer via purchase of an Intro Pack and submit a $15.00 membership fee (a total of $140.00, plus tax and freight.) For this you receive a value of $169.00. (Or you may purchase a Consultant Kit.) If you sold just one product pack per-weekday, or 5 per week, you would earn over $400 per month working part-time. |

| Manager The next level is the Manager position. As a Manager you earn a 30% profit on your sales, a 10% profit on first level Consultants and 5% profit on 2nd level Consultants' sales and usage. To become a Manager you must be a Consultant and generate 2000 World Volume in one month. World Volume is a value assigned to each Symmetry product, and which is used to determine status, earn awards and qualify for contests. You can do this by combining your sales and the sales of any Consultants you have recruited. Or for those serious about building a business, you can start with a small sampling of products, called a Business in a Box. This is a value of $2,275 for just $1,820, plus tax and shipping. If you continued to sell just one Intro Pack per day, you would earn over $800 per month, plus commissions on the sales of other Consultants you have sponsored.
*Must be on a minimum of 30 World Volume standing order to earn overrides and commissions or generate 100 Personal World Volume in the previous month. **Volume being used to qualify cannot include volume being used by downline distributors for the purpose of their qualifying for the same level. |
